Junior Office Assistant fluent in English, Russian and German (60-100%)

TMH International AG, headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, is a 100% subsidiary of TMH, a leading railway rolling stock manufacturer. We are looking to hire a Junior Office Assistant in Zug.

In this position you will:

- Process corporate contracts for signing, dissemination, and filing;
- Translate from German, Russian and English;
- Negotiate corporate hotel rates, book meeting rooms;
- Order office and kitchen supplies, liaise with subcontractors;
- Research vendors for pricing, delivery options, terms of sale;
- Troubleshoot computer and systems problems, liaise with IT specialists to resolve problems;
- For new hires: organize office, laptop, phone, bus. card, credit card etc.;
- Support non-German speaking employees with paperwork related to settling and living in Switzerland, i.e. insurances, banks, child allowance, local authorities;
- Keep staff vacation calendar and birthday list;
- Review and prepare for approval travel agency invoices and expense reports;
- Review and approve general service invoices for Zug office; scan and send to accounting;
- Perform general administrative work, i.e., mail, UPS courier, visa invitations, employment confirmations etc.

Requirements:

Basic business training or university degree, 2-5 years’ experience as administrative assistant in an international environment, fluency in Russian, English, and German, excellent MS Office skills, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, ability to handle pressure.
